A Mothers Day Special Event on May 10th. | For Mother’s and Daughters (ages 14+)

I have designed a special workshop with Juniper Preserve just for you. It will be held in their Wellness Center, Friday, May 10th, 6-8pm. In this workshop I will guide you to create an intention, a ritual, a memory, or a poem with your perfume creation. Take this opportunity to step into the world of natural perfume for Mother’s Day and use your sense of smell to create something magical together.

Parents and kids are welcome! Kids ages 14+ will enjoy this workshop. We will walk you through a set of plant-based materials, their benefits and how to use them as incense. you will learn how to make hand rolled incense cones using a custom blend you create.

Our first hour will be a guided natural note smelling session using tinctures and oils associated with the floral and herbal growth in Oregon, along the west coast and a few unique scents from around the world. This guided session will use scent strips as we move through an array of tinctures and oils.

In the second portion of class I will take you through the delicate process of blending notes together and creating our own short formulas using a palette of materials selected and listed below. Each attendee goes home with a 5ml small vial of their own unique blend.

This advanced workshop is a deeper dive into blending than our beginners workshop. instead of 7 notes, we will be working with 19. Beginners are welcome as well.
